Zombie Couple Mixed Media Postcard
Hello,
Here is a mixed media postcard I made using the digital stamp set Vera's Zombies from Vera Lane Studio.
I used a piece of Tim Holtz's watercolour paper.
For the background, I used Dylusions Ink Sprays in Bubblegum Pink and Crushed Grape. I then took Black Marble and splashed some all over.
I watered down some red acrylic paint and splattered that on using a fan brush.

I placed some black and white striped washi tape underneath them.

Hallocuties Zombie Girl ATC
Hello,
Here is an ATC I made using the digital stamp Hallocuties-Zombie Girl from Smeared Ink.
I coloured her with Prismacolour markers and fussy cut her out.
I added some red fabric paint to all the bloody parts of her...which gave the blood a really nice texture.
For the background, I started with a piece of manilla cardstock and sponged on Distress Inks in Fired Brick, Pumice Stone and Black Soot. I used some red acrylic paint and added some claw marks (three to be exact)
I watered down the red acrylic paint and used a fan brush to get some blood splatters.
I then used a zig zag stamp to give the appearance of faux stitches.
I really really like how it turned out and it kinda looks like skin. Exactly what I was going for so...ya! lol
Here's a look at the background:
I edged around the sentiment with a black Gel pen and went around the entire ATC with black Archival ink.
I would like to enter this in the following challenges:

Check it out here: Smudgy Antics
Challenge #74: Tag or ATC (I made an ATC)
