Here is an ATC I made using the digital stamp Sweet Sai the Fairy from Oddball Art Co.
I coloured her with Prismacolour markers and fussy cut her out. I used Ranger's Holographic embossing powder on her wings. I added Glossy Accents to her bow and heart.
I added some small star stickers.
I edged the sentiment with a black Gel pen.

What a fabulous ATC! I'm so impressed with all of the detail that went into this! First off, kudos to that fussy-cutting job! That looked like a tricky one, but you nailed it! I also really like the clever Washi background and how polka dots abound (I love me some polka dots)! The image itself was expertly colored and the whole thing is really striking-- almost as if she has a story to tell and you really brought her to life with your skills. Love the addition of the Glossy Accents, too. You did a fantastic job on this and I'm so glad you shared it with us for this week's Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge!
